My fee structure is not strictly based upon an hourly rate of representation as is commonly found in the legal profession. I personally make a continued effort to keep my fees reasonable as I appreciate your concern as to the expense of hiring a good lawyer. I understand each case to be different and unique in terms of its degree of seriousness, extent of research, trial preparation, number and location of court appearances required, and so forth.

As such, my fee structure is personalized to each client's particular matter, and payment methods are flexible. Payment arrangements are available by request, and I would be glad to discuss these with you.
